Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Custom-designed or bespoke jewelry made to customer specifications
• Engraved or personalized items with custom text or designs
• Resized or altered jewelry modified after purchase
• Items showing signs of wear including scratches, dullness, or damage
• Products with tampered tags or removed security seals
